Customer satisfaction is our major priority and we always endeavour to make sure you’re happy with the final masterpiece.
1) For Bandana art and POP/Statement art series, if you’re not satisfied with the product you’ve received, you can order an exchange or return of the product.
Exchange – Once request has been place from your side, the product will be collected from you and you can place a request for another item. If the product chosen by you in the later stage is different from what has been previously ordered, the difference in price will be adjusted and will be flagged on your portal.
Return – Once request has been place from your side, the product will be collected from you. Once we receive the product, refund process will be initiated immediately and your refund will be processed in 7 – 15 business days (depending on the bank). Alternatively you can opt for refund to your store wallet too for hassle free future purchases. Refund to store wallet usually takes 24 – 48 hours.
2) For ArtifyMe art series, these products will be exclusively designed for the customer so return could not be facilitated. Exchange will be applicable if the product gets damaged in transit or there is any fault in printing (if portrait image is not the image uploaded by the consumer).
Exchange – Once request has been placed from your end, the product will be collected from you and will be screened for faults. If found valid, new product will of the same category will be dispatched to you.
Return – Not Applicable.
3) For return/ exchange** of any product you can log in to our website and tap the return/ exchange item tab available. After receiving the faulty product from you, our team will verify for the faults and you’ll receive a confirmation from our end.
4) We offer a 7 days’ window for refund. If a product (Statement series or Bandana series) is returned within 7 days of delivery, 100% refund will be initiated*.
5) Customer can opt for the refund to be credited to :
Store wallet – Refund to store wallet usually takes 24 – 48 hours.
Original payment source – Refund will be processed in 7 – 15 businessdays (depending on the bank).
*Refund amount will be initiated after deducting the shipping cost of 500 (tentative).
**Accepting or rejecting the return/ refund/ exchange claim of the customer is at the sole discretion of our management depending on the nature of the fault in the product.
